Swiss Legal Framework

As a financial intermediary domiciled in Switzerland, Wake AG is subject to the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing ordinances, and must be affiliated with a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation (SRO).
